If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, or if you wish to return or exchange it, please contact us as soon as possible.
All of our products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee and must be shipped to us within 30 days of your receipt. Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused and still in the packaging or with the label attached. We only accept returned items (including outer packaging) in the same condition as we sent.
Please make sure when returning something that you securely package the item as anything damaged in the post and returned back to us due to being insufficiently packaged may receive no refund.
The following is our specific return and refund policy:
Step 1: Determine why you want to return it
A: If there is no reason to return, you need to bear the return of the freight. (And shipping、taxs do not return) plus an additional 30% customized fee. If the customer requests to cancel the order (before the product ships), no cancellation fee will be deducted from the order total.
B. Quality problem: please take a photo and upload it to us, until we determine to replace the product for you free of charge within 3-7 days.
We will send you the return label in the mail, you just need to download it.
If you still need to return the product 30 days after receiving it, please take a photo and show me if the product is brand new. At the same time, we will charge 30% custom fee.
Step 2: Get a return label
A: If there is no reason to return, we can provide a return label, but the corresponding fee will be deducted from the refund.
B: If it is the product, etc., we will take the initiative to send the return label to the customer by mail, you only need to download it and bear the cost.
Step 3: Send the item back
Please make sure to pack the item securely when returning it as any item damaged in the mail and returned to us due to insufficient packaging may not receive a refund.
Step 4: Waiting for refund
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method or store credit if you return it within 3-7 days.
Refunds will be processed within 3-7 days of the return we receive.
USA: We can support local returns. Due to COVID-19, we only open warehouses in the US. Before each product is sold, we will strictly check to ensure that the quality is guaranteed. If the package is lost during the return, you can get a refund of 60% of the item price.
